David Vendrami

I am a molecular ecologist with a deep interest towards the application of genomic approaches to provide novel insights into important questions in ecology and evolution. My work focuses on the exploitation of NGS data, such as RAD sequencing and Whole Genome Sequencing, using bioinformatic tools to develop population genetics/genomics interpretations of animal and plant species in relation to ecosystem patterns.
